Sundried Tomato and Feta Turkey Burgers

Bursting with flavor, these sundried tomato and feta turkey burgers are a great healthy alternative to throw on the grill!

Serves: 4

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes diced
1/2 cup spinach chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use hands to combine and form into equal sized patties.
2. Grill until center is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes a side
or bake burgers in the oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes per side.
