Barbecue Pulled Pork

This is no ordinary BBQ recipe. It has a sweet taste from simple ingredients including peaches, and apple sauce.

Serves: 6-8

3-4 pound pork tenderloin
10 ounces tessemae's barbecue sauce (or sauce of your choice)
1 cup apple sauce (Mott's natural)
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 cup frozen peaches
In a medium sauce pot combine the barbecue sauce, apple sauce, liquid smoke and frozen peaches. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Place the tenderloin at the bottom of the crockpot and pour the sauce over the meat. turn the crockpot to low and cook for 8 hours.
When the pork is done cooking remove it from the crockpot, leaving the sauce/juices in the crockpot. Using two forks shred the meat and return it to the crockpot. Stir the meat into the remaining sauce.
Serve the pulled pork warm!

Goes great over zucchini noodles or bakes potatoes!
